The SSBE Annual Meeting brings together researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to share advances in biomedical engineering. The meeting also promotes young researchers through awards and networking opportunities.

Presentation Format & Timing

Oral presentations: 8 minutes for the talk, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. Slides must be in landscape 16:9 HD format (.pptx or PDF), with all custom fonts and multimedia embedded. Personal laptops are not permitted on stage; presentations will run from the venue laptop. Slides must be uploaded by September 2, 12:00 noon. The upload link will be emailed to presenters in advance.

Poster presentations: Posters may be up to A0 portrait size (84.1 × 118.9 cm). Bring a printed copy to the venue.
